Aux oignons rouges et à la moutarde au miel HUGO

Ce qu'il vous faut

1/6 de pâte feuilletée rectangulaire

2cuillères à café de moutarde au miel HUGO

1cuillère à soupe de vinaigre de pommes

1oignon rouge

1brin de romarin

1cuillère à café de beurre/margarine

1cuillère à café d’huile neutre

Sel, poivre

Comment préparer

Préchauffer le four à 200°C.

Emincer les oignons en lamelles.

Dans une poêle, faire chauffer le beurre/la margarine à feu doux.

Une fois fondu, y ajouter les oignons et le romarin. Saler et poivrer. Cuire les oignons environ 20 minutes jusqu’à ce qu’ils deviennent tendres. Ajouter au besoin un peu d’eau et couvrir.

Dans un petit bol, mélanger 1 cuillère à café de moutarde et le vinaigre.

Une fois les oignons cuits, ajouter la préparation vinaigre-moutarde et laisser réduire quelques minutes. Réserver.

A l’aide d’un emporte-pièce ou d’un récipient rond, détailler des cercles de pâte feuilletée et les déposer sur une plaque chemisée allant au four.

Dans un bol, mélanger le reste de moutarde avec l’huile neutre et en badigeonner chaque cercle de pâte.

Déposer au centre des cercles une cuillère à soupe d’oignons confits (retirer le romarin).

Enfourner pour environ 15 minutes jusqu’à ce que la pâte devienne dorée.

Laisser refroidir avant de déguster
